DPF Sensor Delete (Software)
Software-based deactivation of DPF monitoring systems within the ECU, including:
Differential pressure sensor
Exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensors
Soot load and regeneration models
Function: Eliminates fault codes, disables regeneration, and stabilises ECU operation.
Limitation: Does not remove exhaust restriction.
Physical DPF Removal
Mechanical removal of the DPF substrate or replacement with a straight-through section.
Function: Eliminates backpressure, improves exhaust flow, and enhances turbo efficiency.
Technical Summary
Sensor delete only = electronic suppression, restriction remains
Full delete (software + hardware) = complete system removal, optimal performance
